Anode Carbon block stacking crane, also known as carbon stacking crane and carbon block stacking crane, is mainly composed of bridge frame, trolley, lifting mechanism, guide device, clamp device, control system, electric hoist and other parts. It can clamp and place raw and cooked anode carbon blocks, and can also lift scattered debris in the workshop. It can operate at an ambient temperature of minus 40 degrees Celsius to minus 50 degrees Celsius. It has the following four major characteristics:
1. High Efficiency: The clamp of anode carbon block stacking crane is highly efficient and can grip 19 or 21 longitudinally arranged anode carbon blocks at once for stacking or loading. It can also remove waste blocks and insert qualified ones, and stack up to nine layers in total.
2. Highly Automated: All operations and lifting are controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation, and can be completed from the control room.

3. Simple structure and low energy consumption: Stacking crane uses a mechanical gravity automatic clamp instead of a pneumatic clamp, which removes the need for air sources and supply pipelines, simplifies the structure, and can significantly reduce energy consumption and production expenses.
4. Reliable operation: A linkage mechanism is used to clamp the carbon block with a clamp. It can depend on the friction between the clamp and the carbon block to counteract the carbon block’s gravity, resulting in strong clamping and anti-falling capabilities.
