Clamp crane has the characteristics of large span, good stability, no block falling, stable lifting, integrated welding, high reliability, simple and convenient operation, and can be installed in the roasting workshop, which is efficient and energy-saving. It provides convenience for the work of anode baking workshop, saves time and effectively improves work efficiency.

Operating procedures of Clamp crane:

a. Before the Clamp crane with cab and the driver take over the shift and start up, the hook, steel wire rope, safety device and other components shall be checked according to the requirements of the spot check card. If any abnormality is found, it shall be eliminated.

b. For the Clamp crane operated on the ground, a specially assigned person shall be responsible for checking it according to the requirements of the spot check card in each shift, and any abnormality found shall be eliminated.

c. The operator must confirm that there is no one on the platform or track before turning off the main power supply. When the power circuit breaker is locked or has a notice board, the original relevant person should remove it before closing the main power supply.
