The electric clamp adopts an electric control system to realize the opening and closing of the clamp, and the size of the opening can be freely controlled.
Traveling mechanism
The crane traveling mechanism of the clamp crane is arranged on the same trolley frame, which is driven by the motor through the coupling to transmit the power to the reducer and drive the driving wheel to complete the vertical reciprocating motion. The end wheel is equipped with a rail cleaner, so that the obstacles on the rail surface can be automatically removed during the crane traveling, so as to ensure the safety of the crane.
Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism of the clamp crane is the same as the trolley traveling mechanism, with a separate driving device. The lifting mechanism is composed of motor, coupling, brake, gear motor, drum, pulley block, hook group, steel wire rope, etc. Driven by the motor, the drum is driven to lift the hook after the gear is decelerated. The transmission arrangement of the lifting mechanism is compact and easy to maintain, so as to ensure safety and reliability.
Bridge
The bridge is the main component and the main stressed component of the crane. The bridge is a double beam and double track structure, which is composed of main beam, end beam, walkway, railing, ladder and other auxiliary metal structures. The main beam is a box structure with sufficient strength, stiffness and overall stability. The reasonable layout of the traveling mechanism and electrical equipment of the clip on crane ensures the convenient movement of people in the bridge.
