Roasting multi-function crane refers to a special crane with vacuum material conveying system, dust removal and cooling system, and anode carbon block clamping device equipment.
The unit has the following main functions:
(1) Loading furnace The unbaked anode block (green block) is loaded into the roasting furnace pit;
(2) Fill The granular coke in the material box is filled into the gap between the roasting furnace and the anode block, and the top is covered;
(3) Suction: suck the filling material in the furnace into the silo;
(4) Take out the fired anode block (cooked block) from the roasting furnace and send it to the conveyor belt or designated location;
(5) Other auxiliary hoisting work The trolley is equipped with an auxiliary suction pipe, which can clean the flue and remove dust; a 10t electric hoist is equipped on the bridge frame to carry out burner transportation and roaster maintenance work.
The whole machine is mainly composed of tool trolley, bridge frame, cart running mechanism, electric hoist and electrical control system. The tool trolley is composed of a suction and unloading system, a clamping device, a trolley frame, a trolley operating mechanism and a driver's cab. The whole vehicle adopts frequency conversion and PLC control.
